The rose cut diamonds are all present and all appear to be original to the locket. The gold is in excellent condition. The locket could be lightly cleaned if desired, there is a bit of dirt on it as is evident in the photos - however, this really cannot be seen in person, the photos have magnified it for some reason! The locket is 33 mm tall including the top loop and 28 mm tall without the top loop and 20 mm wide.The locket tests for 18K gold. The locket weighs 6.7 grams.
